DONATE NOWPosted on Kirsty W08/04/2026Verified Great family day Great family day out, only down side was it was incredibly warm and there wasn’t enough umbrellas or shaded seatsPosted on Imantas S08/04/2026Verified Best family day out Beautiful family day out. We love this zoo because of how big enclosures all animals has. It is our favourite day out with the little one. Annual passes definately worth itPosted on Cole R08/04/2026Verified Lovely Had a really lovely day today, Visited on a lovely warm day.. Perfect. Couldn't fault the day at all. Even brought an Annual pass for the first time.Posted on Louise H08/04/2026Verified Marwell super good day out. It was a very good day out, we saw the zoo animals very easily as it is very accessible to get round, plenty of water refills spots to keep hydrated, play parks, the road train was really good, and although busy busy, you didn't feel crowded it was easy to find a spot with our picnic blanket and sit have our lunch next to a enclosure. Plenty of walking and picked up a gift front be gift shop on the way out. Parking was good too. Staff were helpful and smiling, waving. I would definitely recommend a visit, I will be going again when I visit Hampshire in the future. 😀Posted on Lila E08/04/2026Verified Loads of different amazing things to see, fabulous walk through enclosures, a chance to see animals behaving naturually It was just amazing! We have a season pass, so we go quite often, and it’s really worth it, but every time you go, you can always see something different but amazing! On our last visit, we saw leaf cutter ants directly ahead of us carrying leaves, there as the time before, we saw a sloth walking right over our heads! At In different seasons and weather, you tend to see different animals, the snow leopard comes out more on the colder days, where as the sloths prefer the warmer days. There are loads of close up, immersive, free walk through enclosures, we saw the sloth in the tropical walk though area, no glass between us, we were in their environment, it was really cool! And you can easily stay for as long as you like, it’s often easy to see everything in 3-4 hours, and you see all the animals with their natural behaviours, doing what they would do in the wild, because the enclosures are really made to suit them! And all the staff are really helpful and kind, everyone can tell you where to go, or answer any questions you have about their specific topic. This is a bit too long…oops! It’s hard to write not much, cause there’s just loads to do and see there!Posted on Meander5230902957707/04/2026Verified Good for the whole family Great day out for all age groups. Took a picnic lunch which meant we could afford to treat the grandkids with ice creams etc otherwise the costs could run away a bit. Some very interesting animals viewed up close.Posted on Julie C07/04/2026Verified If you like zoos you’ll love Marwell.?. Easy membership joining process. Well kept enclosures & healthy looking animals. I enjoyed the cleanliness of the zoo. The staff were helpful and friendly.Posted on missli5506/04/2026Verified Good visit, just a bit more energy needed It was a good day. There was lots to see. I just feel that there needs to be a bit more energy about the route, to make visitors aware of where to go to make the most of things. The app is good, but you don’t always want to be holding a phone. The animals are well looked after.
